Ok so I kind of suck with this blog. But I have been a little busy since my last post. Getting knocked up, waddling around with a fat ass, chasing after a 2.5 year old, and trying to motivate to work out and go out when I have any "me" moments. Alas, I popped the little guy out and am now catching my breath following a busy fall filled with birthday parties, C sections, baby showers, Turkey Day, football Sundays and many sleepless nights. So aside from a quick jaunt out to kill my sushi jones only 4 days after D day ( delivery of baby day, that is), I have not gotten out a bit. So last night I went out to Philly with my favorite guy to see comedy with - my dad. We saw Dane Cook who did not dissapoint. And this morning the fam busted out the jogger to do our first post baby 5k....the weather was insane - almost 70. We have so much to be thankful for today.

Been a LONG time. Lots of great stuff going on. We're welcoming the first real warm weather this week which is putting everyone in a good mood. March brough a trip to Copper Mountain....it was a nice get away but not as nice as being home with the family. We also had a visit from the Indy clan which was exciting.

Last night my mother and I attended the Justin Timberlake concert in Philly. I was certain we'd be surrounded by 6th grade girls wobbling around in heels but we were greeted with a whole lot of folks who looked a lot like us....old! Pink opened for him and blew us away....hometown Philly girl. All is good.

We're looking forward to a fun Spring which will include a trip to St. Simons for the whole family over Easter. And then in May a trip out to the cabin in Indy. Olivia will really enjoy both trips I'm sure.

All for now!

Christmas 06

Amazing that it's already 07. November marked our 3rd year of marriage and 6 years together, while also marking Olivias second year with us. This made for an amazing Christmas season. We cut down our own tree, visited Hershey Park, had family over for the holiday and went to the Enchanted Woods at Winterthur, among other fun things. We rang in the new year with a few close friends at our house and watched the ball drop with Dick Clark . Champange, kisses and bed soon after for this girl. We're hoping that 07 might bring the stork but we're blessed regardless :)
